Arthur Ison is moved onto a stretcher after a car accident on South Bridge St. near U.S. 23 caused his head injury. According to witnesses at the scene, Ison was traveling northbound in his Chevrolet Blazer when he made a left turn into a gas station in front of a black Cavalier driven by Camellia Johnson of Waverly. Both drivers were transported to Adena Regional Medical Center. Ison was cited for failure to yield when turning left, according to Trooper David Johnson at the scene.
