Roy Cash stands on his front porch on Canal Street in Yellowbud as floodwaters from Yellowbud Creek rise up to his home on Wednesday. Cash said he was planning to move as much of his family's belongings higher in the house before taking his family and dog to stay with his mother. The American Red Cross set up a shelter in Yellowbud at the Church of Jesus Christ.
